Booking & Cancellation Policy

We've all got busy lives and I know that there may be times when my clients need to change an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I strive to be as flexible as possible in these situations, and in order to accommodate changes I ask each of my clients to take a look at my bookings and cancellation policy below.

Making a Booking
All appointments are booked according to the amount of time required for the treatment and include the time for consultation at the start and end of the treatment.
All therapies and treatments can be booked online via the contact form and require a 50% deposit to be pre-paid upon booking. On booking I will send you a payment link for this. The remaining balance to be paid at the appointment.
Future bookings (Re-bookings) can also be made in person following an appointment or alternatively by (link) contacting me directly (/link).
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers will be used as cash and are non refundable.
Vouchers are valid for 3 months unless the bearer becomes unwell and treatment is not advisable.
Once an appointment is secured the voucher becomes ‘cash’, and therefore your deposit, following the above terms and conditions.
It is advisable to book your appointment, as soon as possible, after receiving the voucher as availability can be limited.
Unfortunately, A New Dawn Therapy will not be able to chase and remind clients of expiring vouchers.
Expired vouchers will be accepted at the discretion of A New Dawn Therapy.
On Arrival for Your Appointment...
Please take the following steps when you arrive.
Parking is available in front of my house on Knaresborough Close.
Contact Me. On arrival please drop me a message via SMS Text or WhatsApp to let me know you have arrived. This is essential in case I am with the previous client. As soon as I am free I will message you back to come to the studio.
Towels - A Polite Request. I am pleased to share that I haven't increased my prices for the last three years and one reason why is because my fabulous clients help to keep my bills down by bringing their own towels. This isn't essential and of course I will always provide, but every little helps us all so please feel free to bring 2 x large towels with you (massage or facial treatment) or 1 small towel (pedicure).
Changing a Booking
a.) Minimum 48 Hours Notice
If you need to change your appointment please contact me at least 48 hours before so that we can rearrange.
b.) Less than 48 Hours Notice
If you need to change your booking at the last minute and with less than 48 hours notice the following terms will apply:
If your appointment is changed to a time within 7 days of the original booking any pre-payments and deposits will be moved over to that booking.
If your new appointment falls outside of 7 days from the original booking due to a lack of availability any pre-payments and deposits will be moved over to that booking.
If your new appointment falls outside of 7 days from the original booking due to your availability then this will be classed as a cancellation. Please see information below.
Cancelling a Booking
a.) For complete cancellation I require a minimum of 48 hours notice, in order to return 50% of your pre-payment.
b.) Less than 48 hours notice for a complete cancellation will incur the full cost of the pre-payment and no refunds will be given.
c.) If upon cancellation you find that you can fill the appointment yourself (e.g. friend/family member), your pre-payment will be carried forward to your next appointment, not refunded.
