Sports Massage Coming Soon

Looking for more sports related treatments? I’m currently back in the training room at the weekends, as I will be offering dedicated sports massage treatments.

Over the last 30+ years, my training has varied from City and Guilds Beauty Therapy, Aromatherapy, to No Hands, which is now 4Elements. Whilst this approach serves me well, protecting and preserving my own body, it's also provided outstanding outcomes for clients.

Yes 4Elements can be light yet it can also be very deep as the Fire Element can be similar to sports or deep tissue treatments.

That said I really wanted to put official Sports Massage treatments on my list, while retaining the techniques I've learned to continue to protect myself while practicing it too.
