Introduction to The 4Elements Touch Therapy Massage

Updated: Feb 11

If you're already a client who enjoys my selfcare treatments or you're totally new to me there is a chance you may not be aware of this revolutionary massage therapy.

So in this post you'll find an introduction to The 4Elements Touch Therapy, the techniques, the benefits and more. And then I hope to be seeing you soon!

Some background to The 4Elements Touch Therapy...

Up until July 2024, this technique had been known as NO HANDS® Massage.

Following a re-brand of the founding NO HANDS Massage Company, The 4Elements Company are continuing to train therapists, like myself, to the highest professional standards. Building on the phenomenal foundational work and developments in zero strain massage, the 4Elements Company are progressing the unique aspects which set it apart from other touch therapies including transactional analysis-informed communication and the 4 element touch techniques.

What is The 4Elements Touch Therapy?

4Elements Touch Therapy is the treatment that goes beyond touch.

This therapy combines zero strain massage techniques with communication so you can delve into discovering more about yourself and become aware of what you are able to create with just a few simple questions and the time and space to explore how you want to feel and what you need from the treatment.

As the name suggests, 4Elements therapies are built upon the four elements of Air, Earth, Water and Fire.

Each element offers a totally different and unique experience for everyone utilising different dry and oiled techniques, depths of massage and atmospherics. Through communication at the start of the treatment, each client chooses their element based on how they feel in the moment and how they want to feel during and long after treatment as ended.

Will you be Air, Earth, Water or Fire?

Clients often change between the therapies depending upon their needs in that moment. And they are often surprised by the effects of a treatment that they originally thought might not be for them but wanted to try.

The beauty of 4Elements is that if you are someone who prefers a certain depth of massage or prefers 'on top of towel' massage, each treatment is ultimately delivered bespoke to your needs.

Individual Treatments or a Course of Treatments?

I have clients who enjoy individual treatments, every now and then, and clients who book a course of 4 treatments close together. It's really up to you and how you want to feel.

Whichever appeals to you I recommend just giving this treatment a try. Afterall, it is the treatment that changed my whole business and my life!

Client Testimonials following their 4Elements Treatment...

I have a 4Elements massage every month on a standing order (sometimes I sneak in a second one) and it is a fantastic and important investment in my wellbeing. I so look forward to it and am never disappointed. I've never met a therapist who is so intuitive and nurturing; I leave feeling transformed every time! Highly highly recommended.

Had a course of 4 4Elements massage, bought as a Christmas gift. Really enjoyed the course, Alison is amazing and explains before and after each session what to expect.

Had my first 4Elements Massage Treatment with Alison - amazing! Have been experiencing a few different things, stress, shoulder/back niggles and needed to decompress. Alison took me through the treatment journey, asking questions to understand where I was at and how I wanted to feel. I chose the 4 element (combined) treatment which not only provided me with the physical benefits from the range of techniques but helped me understand where to take my next treatment. I'll be choosing Earth next. I've had traditional massage before but after this I slept so well that night and my physical aches have gone. Colleagues even commented on my posture today and could see a visible change! Thank you Alison xxxx
